Troya is Cooking :: Fish (Carp) in Hungarian style. Modified

Ok, long time no blog.. But I and husband cooked an amazing fish for his Birthday.



Ingredients

- Parsley
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- potatoes, sliced
- salt/pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- lemon juice
- metal foil for cooking

Directions

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees by Celsius. Salt and pepper the fish. Take the dish, where you will cook the fish and put on the bottom the foil. Put on the foil the layer of sliced potatoes, put a fish on it and put the parsley inside it.

Make some opening in the fish and put in sliced lemon. Pour lemon juice on top and put sliced carrots, zucchini and onion on top of the fish. Cover up fish with foil and cook about 40 minutes. Then put off the foil and cook for 30 minutes more.
